Please read the following Terms, Conditions, and Policies carefully before using our site.

Customer Satisfaction

It is our goal to deliver products of uncompromising quality. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make every possible effort to correct a problem if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.


Returns and Exchanges Policy

DIGITAL CONTENT: Due to the nature of the product and the media, all Digital Content and DVD item(s) are NON-REFUNDABLE.

MISSING ITEMS: Claims for missing items must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise.

NEW EQUIPMENT: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of our equipment, you may return your UNUSED item(s) to iDC Photo Video within 14 days of receipt. You may exchange the item(s) or receive a refund for the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee. All returned item(s) are subject to inspection to assure "like new" conditions before a refund is issued. If any part or piece of any product's component(s) is/are damaged, the entire product/kit will not qualify for a refund. iDC Photo Video reserves the right to issue refunds via a company check or to the credit card used for the original purchase. If the conditions below are not met, iDC Photo Video reserves the right to refuse the return.

USED, BLEMISHED, and OPEN BOX EQUIPMENT: All sales are final. Used parts/products, blemished parts/products, and open box parts/products are sold as is. iDC Photo Video checks and verifies that all of these parts are fully functional, operate properly, and meet iDC Photo Video standards and specifications. Used, blemished, and open box equipment is covered by a 90 day manufacturer warranty.

Return/Exchange Procedure:

  1. To request a refund or exchange, the purchaser is required to complete the iDC Photo Video Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form online found here: http://www.idcphotovideo.com/support/rma
  2. Once iDC Photo Video receives the Customer's RMA form, the Customer will be provided a RMA Number and a return shipping address via the email they have provided. Customer is required to place the RMA Number on the outside of the boxed being shipped.
  3. All components of the return Goods must be included in "Like-New" condition. This includes returning a complete collection of all components included in the original product, such as, but not limited to: hardware, product packaging, and materials. If we cannot sell the returned Goods in the same condition that the customer had originally received, then it is not in "Like-new" condition and will not qualify for a refund.
  4. Shipment of returned Goods is the responsibility of the Customer and their Shipper. Therefore, we suggest return shipments be made via a method that provides both insurance and tracking. Return shipping charges, international customs fees and and/or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages upon return, nor for personal items left in returned merchandise.
  5. We require that the product(s) are carefully packed by wrapping individual parts separately, so as not to incur any scratches or other damages during shipment. Tip: Pack the return using the same packaging materials that were originally used when the product was shipped to the purchaser.

      The following items are required for all returning Goods:

    • The iDC Photo Video provided RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container.
    • The original purchase receipt, or a copy of it.
    • The Original Purchaser's Full Name.
    • Customer's Shipping Address.
    • Customer's Email.
    • Customer's Telephone.
    • All Original Product Packaging and Materials.
    • Product with 100% of any and all parts or Kit parts, including Hardware, Tools, and any other items.
    • Indication of requested Refund or Exchange.

  6. Upon the approval of a Return/Exchange, iDC Photo Video will issue either a Refund or an Exchange. iDC Photo Video reserves the right to issue refunds via a company check or to the credit card used for the original purchase.
  7. Within 6 business days from receipt of the items sent for Return /Exchange consideration, iDC will notify the customer of receipt and qualification status. If items do not qualify for a Return or Exchange, iDC Photo Video will contact the customer one time via the email provided in the RMA form to request payment information for the shipment costs to return the item(s) to the customer.

Warranty Policy

iDC Photo Video warrants, to the original purchaser only, that iDC Photo Video Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage up to a one (1) year period. iDC Photo Video's obligation during this 1 year warranty period is limited to replacing or repairing, at iDC Photo Video's discretion, products or parts determined by iDC Photo Video to be defective in materials or workmanship.

If the original product has been superseded, replacement may be made with a current model of the same quality and equivalent function at iDC Photo Video's discretion. Warranty of any replacement parts is limited to 90 days or the unexpired portion of the warranty period of the product on which the parts are being used, whichever is longer.

If item(s) are found to qualify for Warranty service, iDC Photo Video will provide the service and return ship the item(s) to the customer's provided address using a shipping service of iDC Photo Video's choice.

    This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:

  • Modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by anyone other than iDC Photo Video.
  • Physical abuse to, overload of, or misuse of, the product or operation thereof in a manner contrary to normal operating procedures or the instructions accompanying the product.
  • Damage due to accident or natural disaster.
  • Any use of the product other than that for which it was designed.
  • Shipment of the product to iDC Photo Video for warranty consideration.

iDC Photo Video will under no circumstances be liable for any and all special incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, damage to or loss of equipment, lost profits or revenue, costs of renting replacements and other additional expenses, even if iDC Photo Video has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The terms and conditions stated in this Warranty constitute the entire agreement between iDC Photo Video and the Customer. In particular, there is no other express or implied warranty given by iDC Photo Video as the producer, to the Customer.

Warranty service for products not manufactured by iDC Photo Video are provided by the manufacturer of those products. Please contact the manufacturer directly. You may contact F.J. Westcott at 800-886-1689.

Warranty Request Procedure

  1. To request Warranty service, the purchaser is required to complete the iDC Photo Video Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form online found here: http://www.idcphotovideo.com/support/rma

Orders for in-stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday. Weekly ship days vary. Please review the "WEEKLY SHIPPING SCHEDULE ALERT" posted in the blue banner posted at the top of our site, as you chose your preferred ship method. We do not provide same-day shipment or rush processing of orders.

All orders are subject to verification, as described below. Orders containing iDC products ship from Arizona, USA. Lighting gear manufactured by F.J. Westcott is drop-shipped from Ohio, USA. If your order contains items from both iDC and F.J. Westcott, you will receive two separate shipments.

Some orders might be subject to additional verification before we can process and ship. For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask for your card issuing bank's telephone in order to verify that you are the legitimate card holder. If your order requires verification, you will receive an email notification within two business days to advise you about the situation and request additional information.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customs, duties, and taxes for international shipments are not prepaid nor included in shipping costs. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we cannot provide specific information for individual countries regarding custom fees, duties, taxes, nor their respective delivery policies. However, we can share the following basic information.

All International Estimated Delivery times are based on business days, and are exclusive of Customs clearance; neither we nor our shipper(s) have any control over any given country's Customs inspections and their holding times.

We offer several different options for shipping. The lower priced United States Postal Service (USPS) method does not provide the same level of international service as other methods, such as Federal Express (FedEx) and United Parcel Service (UPS). USPS is the lowest priced shipping method we offer. PLEASE NOTE: The USPS will usually make only (1) delivery attempt. If the person is not available to pay the customs fees at this first delivery attempt, the item is usually sent to a pickup location which may be a local Postal Office or may be a Customs office. In this case, the customer is responsible for the pickup of the shipment at the location it is being held, in order to arrange for customs fees payment. In some cases, the customer can request a re-delivery. FedEx and UPS, in most cases, make a higher priority and effort to provide more delivery attempts and better communication regarding collection of customs fees. If your shipment is delivery-date sensitive, please ship your order using FedEx.

The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from www.idcphotovideo.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates provided by the shipper to you at the time of purchase.

Delivery by the end of the third business day.

UPS Second Day Air
Delivery by the end of the second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

Delivery on the second business day by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon to most commercial destinations.

UPS Next Day Air
Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination.

Delivery by 4:30 p.m. to businesses in 2 business days to most areas and to residences by 7 p.m.

FedEx Express Saver
Delivery by 4:30 p.m. to businesses in 3 business days to most areas and to residences by 7 p.m.

FedEx Priority Overnight
Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas.

Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.

Canada:

International orders for in-stock items will be shipped the following Thursday. International orders for in-stock items placed on Thursday will ship the following Thursday.

Pricing, Payment, & Sales Tax

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards for online purchases. If you order through our secure online shopping cart, all orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Arizona sales tax is applicable on all orders with shipping addresses within the state of Arizona.
