International Order Request
We currently accept orders and ship to MOST COUNTRIES.
Just submit this Order Form and we will respond with a Pay Pal request for payment. FYI: You do not need to have an account with Pay Pal in order to use this payment method.
Pay Pal offers you two options for payment:
- Credit Card Payments via Pay Pal are the fastest way to get your order shipping. A credit card payment is usually processed within 24 hours of your online payment. Your order will ship as soon as your payment has cleared.
- ECheck Payments via Pay Pal means you don't have to have a credit card or alternate funding source attached to your PayPal account. eCheck is like writing a check. Please Note: If you choose an eCheck payment method, there is a longer waiting period for the check to clear than if you use a credit card. This period can take up to 10 business days depending upon your country’s banking procedures. We will ship your order once the funds have cleared.
Procedure:
- Fill out and submit the form below. If you have a dedicated email for Pay Pal please provide it.
- You will then receive an email from Pay Pal in order to collect the funds.
- Once payment has been received we will ship your order within 2 business days.
- If we have any questions about your order we will be in touch.
International Shipping Charges:
We have found the US Postal Service offers the most cost effective method for shipping outside of the United States. Insurance is required and is included in our shipping quote to you. If you wish to consider shipping with Federal Express let us know and we will send you an additional shipping cost quote. (We have found other company charges to be at least twice as much as the US Postal Service.) Please note: we are required by law to accurately report the value and contents of international shipments; please do not ask us to undervalue the content on customs declaration forms.
International customs fees and and/or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping charges are subject to change.

- DVD Order(s) Charges
- USPS Express - $30 for flat envelope with up to four DVDs. 6-10 Days for delivery.
- Our iDC LCD Viewfinder for the Canon 5D Mark II
- USPS Express - $40. 6-10 days for delivery.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY:
Please note that it is our goal to deliver products of uncompromising quality.
- EQUIPMENT: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of any of our Equipment products, you may return your UNUSED item(s) to iDC Photography within 14 days of receipt. You may exchange the item(s) or receive a refund for the purchase price less 4%. All returned item(s) are subject to inspection to assure "like new" condition before refunds are issued. We may opt to issue refunds via company check. If the conditions below are not met, iDC Photography reserves the right to refuse the return. Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Please call iDC Customer Service and request an RMA number.
- Include the RMA number, sales order receipt, and reason for your return.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in NEW condition and include all packing materials and accessories.
Return Shipments must be made via a method that provides both insurance and tracking. Return shipping charges, international customs fees and and/or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages upon return, nor for personal items left in returned merchandise. No return/exchange on any used equipment.
MISSING ITEMS: Claims for missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Returning Goods in route are the responsibility of the Shipper. We suggest the customer contacts the shipper directly and that they save evidence of the damaged shipping box.
- DIGITAL CONTENT: All iDC Photography Digital Content and DVD item(s) are NON-REFUNDABLE.

GUARANTEE:
All iDC Photography branded products are guaranteed to the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase. Product(s) will be repaired or replaced at our option. Other branded products, such as F.J. Westcott also carry a manufacturer’s warranty. You may contact F.J. Westcott at 1-800-886-1689.
