Davin Ellicson is a American Photographer based in Bucharest, Romania.
Davin is shown with the iDC U-Boat video cage working on a multimedia piece. His project shows how a grant from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is helping to build a modern library system across Romania. His piece focuses on one librarian who shares her experiences as she is trained by the International Research and Exchanges Board and investigates how her village has benefitted with the delivery of new computers.
